How we check licences in the United Arab Emirates
Every private health facility needs a licence from the health authority of its emirate: DHA in Dubai, DHCR in Dubai Healthcare City, DoH in Abu Dhabi and MOHAP in the northern emirates. The facility must be found in that authority's register. Dubai Law No. 17 of 2026 adds a Dubai Longevity Authority permit for longevity activities; we found no permit rules or public list on 21 Oct 2026.

We publish no testimonials, quotes from reviews, before-and-after images, promotions, discounts or superlatives. Prices are the clinic's own published prices, with any extra charges it states and the date checked; ratings are public platform figures. Source
- DHA Standards for Stem Cell Services (in force 28 February 2026). Where a clinic lists stem cell or exosome treatments, we show the regulator's position beside them and say nothing about what the treatment does. Source
- UAE VAT: Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017, art. 45(14), and Executive Regulation, art. 41. Prices keep the clinic's own VAT wording. We never add or remove VAT ourselves. Source
