What a longevity clinic costs

These tables show the prices published by the clinics we list, by country and kind of price, checked 21 October 2026. A middle price is shown where a country has 3 or more prices of one kind.

Published prices by country

These tables use only prices that clinics publish on their own websites, in the clinic's currency, with a guide in US dollars for each middle price at the European Central Bank's reference rate. Each clinic report gives the item, what it includes and the date we read it.

Health assessments in five markets

The market tables follow the rules of our price comparisons: a brand-wide price counts once in each market, and member prices, first-time offers, deposits, residents-only prices and prices more than a year old are left out. Their counts can therefore be lower than in the tables above.

What prices depend on

  • What is included. What one clinic sells as an assessment can be a single scan; at another it is a full day of tests and consultations. Read what each price includes on the clinic report, and on the clinic's own page.
  • Follow-up. Findings can lead to more tests. The American College of Radiology warns that whole-body screening can lead to unnecessary follow-up tests and procedures and significant expense (ACR, 2023). Ask whether follow-up tests and consultations are included.
  • Memberships and programmes. Some are priced by the month, some by the year and some for a fixed term; check whether they renew on their own. Our market comparisons turn them into a price per year.
  • Tax and extras. Ask whether tax, a joining fee or a service charge is added. Prices marked "Plus tax or service charge" on a report do not include it.
  • Fee rules. In Germany, doctors bill under the doctors' fee scale (GOÄ), which does not allow a flat fee, so package prices there are shown as estimates (Bundesärztekammer).
  • Prescription-only medicines. In countries whose rules forbid advertising them to the public, we show no prices for them.
